instructions
pour and mix balsamic vinegar, miso paste, and honey into saucepan over medium heat and simmer until reduced to half. Cool to room temperature.
cut Tomatoes and mozzarella into medium slices.
Place onto a platter, alternating the tomato slices and mozzarella slices and stuffing chopped basil leaves in between.
Drizzle balsamic reduction and olive oil and sprinkle on salt, pepper, and furikake.
Top each mozzarella slice with ikura and sprinkle chopped basil leaves.
